Best Food To Fatten Up Tang

About a week and a half ago i got a small (2") unicorn tang. Very active and loves to eat, but looks to be on the skinny side. Might just seem that way because of the big fat cinnamon clown it lives with. What's the best food to fatten it up with? Currently feeding brine (i know next to no nutritional value!), and northfin marine formula pellets. Nori, mysis, and blackworms seem to come up a lot on the net for fattening up baby tangs. Suggestions?

My foxface gets skinny from time to time.
I feed extra nori which always seems to help
Switch off brine to mysis. That should help too
