I have sent this to the vendors for last year that I had email addresses listed for.
If you are interested and did not get an email, please let me know and I will add you
to the distribution list for future updates.

There are some changes this year that I hope that you will all enjoy.
I am testing the waters with a new venue and if successful, I will be
doubling the size of the venue for the next event and with that opening
a lot more room for vendors. This year there is a limit of 20 tables this year.
As you all know, tables typically fill up quickly, so book early.

London Fragfest - Saturday, May 12th, 2018

Location: Stoneridge Inn & Conference Center, 6675 Burtwistle Lane,
London, Ontario

Stoneridge Inn & Conference Center is conveniently located just off the
401 exit 177A to Colonel Talbot Rd.

Set up for the Frag Show will open at approx 7 am. Please be plan your
day to be prepared to have your table set up for 11:00am at the latest.
The frag show doors open to VIP Access at 11:00 to allow
first look/purchase what is available. The doors will open to the public
at approx. noon. Please let me know if you are interested in coming down the night before as we get a discounted room rate if booked in advance but only 10 rooms are reserved
at this point.

VIP Conference Access to Frag Show: 11:00am (EST)
Frag Show Public Access: 12-4PM (EST)

Table Fee: $75/table

Payment: Can be made via EMT to londonfragfest@thefragtank.ca Credit
Card Payments can also be arranged over the phone or later on the
website. Again, tables go quickly so don't miss out, EMT is the best
early option while I am programming the site.

Setup information is pretty much the same as previous years:

There are 10 8' tables and 10 6' tables available.

Max water volume per table: 25 gallons

Maximum power per table: 275 watts max. (e.g.,100 watt heater, 175 watts
lighting)

Make sure your equipment is in good working order and not a safety
hazard.

Bring your own extension cords and powerstrip. All cords must be clear
of walkways or securely taped to avoid tripping. A GFI is a VERY good
idea.

Bring extra towels. The venue is NOT hard floor and you are responsible
for any damage expenses.

Bring a cover of some kind to cover the table.

Signage: Doing up a banner or logo for either the front of the table.

Lighting: We will have the main lights dimmed/off to better showcase the
corals. If your display is mainly dry goods, a light source might be a
good idea even without corals!

Cash box and change: A cash box keeps the bills tidy, makes it easier
to make change and is easy to keep an eye on. Do keep an eye on your
stuff as we are not responsible for losses. Take your box with you if
you go for a break!!

Bags: Only you know what you're selling

Lets continue making this event the largest and best-attended of any.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All food and beverage must be provided by Best
Western Plus Stoneridge. No Outside food or beverage is permitted. Water
service is provided in each function room.

Distribution and use of pins, nails, screws, tape, promotional gummed
stickers or labels is strictly prohibited on walls, columns, floors, or
other parts of the building or furniture.
