Adding New Fish With Clowns

So far every fish I add to my tank is beat up and killed by my clowns (Darwin’s seemingly not paired but cohabitating peacefully!)

How can I introduce a fish without this happening?

I put a watchman goby in after dark last night, this morning there is not much left of him. Still alive, but not looking good.

When I went to feed them this morning I was able to scoop the clowns out into an enclosed net box in the corner of the tank. Should I leave the clowns in there until watchman recovers? Or put watchman in and let him recover?

The only fish that ever did ok was a Chromis who in turn decided to jump for freedom.

I have a clown and damsel in my sump right now. Need to setup another tank for them, at least that is what I'm telling the gf

Two Clowns defending their space can be mean, try rearrainging the scape; maybe a mirror to distract the clowns. How about a Snow flake Eel? Lol
