What would be happening when my AMP (hydro used on controllable apex outlets) does this?

I have 2 eheim, 250w and a 50w I believe. Its not my heaters though as they are never on.

Power outage.  Turned off the pump or heaters or whatever

Something went off, its hard to know because the time span is so large.

Start unplugging things until you replicate it.
