Found this link on another site. Looks like a good inexpensive way to improve the BRS Biopellet Reactor.

I think he's using this on a 125g reef...

With a Walmart funnel and home depot pipe and caps?

Get .75 inch PVC at homedepot with a cap. Drill holes around the tip of the cap. $2.00

Get Mesh PVC circular disk from Micheals and secure to top of PVC with Zip Ties. $2.00

Get Funnel from walmart kitchen section for $1.00.

#15 O ring at Home Depot $1.00

Instructions for Mod.

Trim Funnel to fit in BrS. Use two Mesh PVC and Trip with a sharp blade.

Cut PVC 9" and Heat up end on gas stove or other Flame like BBQ. Once soft squeeze on BRS Cap as it is nonstandard.

Configure for inlet go to Lowes and get .75T or what ever size hose you ahve with .5 threads.

Go to Home Depot and get .5 Quick connect.

Most Important make sure you flow into the Out side of the reactor.

Can take up to 3 to 4 cups. BRS recommends 1 cup for 50 Gallons.

Can yu even do it for gfo?

I can't see why it wouldn't work, except you dont want gfo to tumble too much or it will grind itself to dust

Might work if the reactor has its own pump
