Coral food

Besides the coral feeding off of the light and the brine shrimp i feed my fish what a good all around coral food ?
i have a variety of coral but no stonys, id like to pop bottle feed my frogspawn that my clowns host, and
grow my reallly small hammers faster.

i live in chatham and the 2 lfs here dont carry alot of coral food, but have the common ones..
comments NEEDED PLEASE !  ;D

not sure if you already bought a professional one or if you use another method.

edit: never mind I just read that you are going to use the pop bottle method.

yeah that squiter looks good i use a medical dropper myself.
i bought some kent microvert food, i havnt been skimming the last 2 days to feed em better.
