For my cycle I went the food route. Didnt want to use any "magic potions" or stress any fish so figured this was the best route. Do I continue feeding everyday for the whole cycle until its complete? I've just been feeding clumps of mysis shrimp.

That's what I do, feed everyday as if there were fish in the tank.

I always use the food method to cycle and I feed flakes every other day..and yes, right up to the end of the cycle..then slowly add your fish..
