Ecotech Aquarium Setup Not Working

Hey everyone,
I'm hoping someone else has had the same problem I have. I've been trying to install 2 of my g4 ectotech radion xr30s for 2 months now with no luck.

I have tried on multiple computers and it still doesn't work.

I have installed the Setup Manager on both Mac and Windows. Tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Have no firewall or antivirus. Yet every time I try to install the Aquarium Setup Tool nothing happens on both computers. It's as if the link is dead. Same goes with the Device page it's just blank. Also I do not have a reeflink.

I have contacted Ecotech by email. Waiting on them to get back.

Hoping someone knows what to do.

Wondering if you have the connection manager running while in ecosmart live?

I’d start by making sure the USB chord you are using works. Plug a radio into your laptop. If it doesn’t recognize a device then it’s no good. After that reinstall the connection manager by deleting the old one. Create a new ecosmart profile as well. If you need help send me a text at289-894-1236.
