Just wondering what the best fragging glue is, brand and type. I've been told anything with cyanoacrylate is safe to use, is that true?

Yes.

I only use BSI gel now. I was using dollar store Triton Gel Super Glue for the longest time or if I only had one or two to glue down.

I like ecotech glue. very thick and adheres to pretty much everything. Also best super glue i've used for gluing frags underwater to rocks.

I ordered through bigshowfrags.com. Sustainablemarine.ca sells it as well. Not sure about reefsupplies.ca off the top of my head

Ok great ill look into it, I've been using lepage but just wanted to see if there were better options out there that are made 100% reef safe

Canadiantire sells Locktite gell. It is in a grey holder with blue sides. It works great and is safe. Only once it is empty, take apart the casing and you will get another few frags out of the bottle.
