You can get CBC in digital HD OTA.... Free. Just need antenna(I've gotten channels using a piece of wire and an aluminum pie plate... Seriously). Or you can watch it online.... Free. No cable TV required. Where there's a will, there's a way... Just gotta apply yourself lol, no excuses allowed!

...Did you check the BBC link from the first post of this thread? It may or may not be there anymore as they are only played online for 30 days after originally broadcast.
