I received this as a gift and was told that it was a Torch, I have moved it all over the tank to get it to exspand but nope not this beauty.

I have put it 8 inches directly in front of a Qp9, medium and low light, out of the flow altogether, I’m still thinking it’s the lights, not enough white light.
