Does anyone make their own frozen food mix or blends?

was thinking a mix of raw seafood (cuttlefish, mussels, clams), shrimp, and add spirulina, frozen brine and maybe addatives like kent microvert and phytoplanton reef roids, garlic?

I also remember a few people using frozen beef heart then run it though a cheese grater.

Any secret recipies out there?
Also any chance of phosphate problems?

i buy the seafood medley from the grocery store  its frozen  and take a few peices out and some nori and some dried cyclopeeze and run it thru the magic bullet

exactly what i did... I added some other foods i had lying around (pellets/reef roids) then froze it into one giant turd/sausage. I just scrapped off pieces and my fish and corals loved it  Found it to rise cleaner than the frozen mysis.

Do you know if there are any issues with phosphates or other things we dont want in our tanks?

i never had an algae issue with my foods. I made sure the seafood melody i bought had no preservatives. just fresh seafood that was frozen. All the other additives were aquarium grade foods so they "should" have low phosphates.
