I've got one, cool toy but it has a 16mm focal length.  That means anything greater than 16mm (1.6cm) away is a complete blur.  I was unable to capture anything in my tank except for microfauna on the glass.  I did take a cool macro video of pods on the glass though!!  I read that the people taking coral photos are holding the frags right up to the glass.  This is true at least for the eBay kits, I don't know about the olloclip.

[edit] Looks like the same limitation for the olloclip - focal distance of 12mm for the 15x lens and 16mm for the 10x lens.  From their website:

The macro lens is set perfectly within the olloclip and will be flush with the clip when the Wide Angle lens is removed.Place the olloclip back on your iPhone 4 and move right in on the subject – literally, only a centimeter or so away. This results in some spectacular close-up images.
