Kelp Like?

can anyone identify this red kelp like plant/algae? It’s thick and slimy , grows fairly slow and doesn’t seem to to do any harm so I just let it grow giving it a little hair cut once in awhile. I really kinda like it and gives some nice colour to the tank. It just stated growing off this rock that’s been there for years although I think it really started growing after the rock was flipped over and seen light? Or maybe after I switched to led lights. Disregard the white specks on the leaves I had just blew off the rocks with a turkey baster
