They’re in Orangeville, and unfortunately won’t ship. I’ve asked a couple times where they bought it, but she keeps saying she forgets to ask her son. Anyway, does anyone know where to get such a large piece? Whenever i have a fresh tank I search high and low and can never find one.

Turns out it came from a pet store named Doogan’s. Quick google search brings up a lot of bad reviews, mostly about the living conditions and source of the pets they sell (allegedly puppy mills). Think I’ll not bother with them, and continue my search.

The nearest woods!
I use real driftwood in all my freshwater setups. You just have to make sure you get deadfall and preferably wood thats been submerged in a marsh or creek for a long time. I’ve used dried deadfall a lot though without any issues. I sand any debris or bark still on it, screw it to some slate and rinse with hot water or powerwash it and away you go.
