I can understand them checking.. but when finding out buddy isn't housing drugs slapping the electrical inspection on him is just dirty.

he is 67 and had i think 19 tanks,so he isnt rich enough to fight back,an easy mark,have you ever seen them go after anyone that can fight back?its a very dirty trick to make the victim pay for the cost of a hunch gone wrong
