Could be all the cloves/polyps surrounding it are irritating it. Otherwise, could be amount of light, phosphate, even salinity.

all the polyps are growning on the back side of it. The light is t5ho and its about 10 inches from the top. Maybe too much light.
phosphate is zero. salinity is 1.024. everything is perfect that i test for. All other corals are fine.
