How long do you leave on your moon lights? Actually im curious as to what kind of light cycles everyone finds best. moons,actinics, and whites?

when i had moonlights.. i left them on 24/7

Same here. On my old t5HO fixture I left them on 24 hours. I didn't build any into my LED fixture so now there are none. So far doesn't seem to have made any difference other than it's more difficult for me to see what's going on in the tank after lights out
