Haven't posted anything about this tank yet. Hoping that the second time round I have more luck. This time I thought smaller would be easier to manage so went with 40 breeder. It is a mixed reef with a bunch of digitata, birdsnest, zoas and LPS. Only have a spotted manderine, two firefish and a couple peppermints. Planning on adding some clowns and a nem but haven't had much luck in that department.

Have been managing with just frequent large water changes and skimming but planning on starting to use kalk in my top off.
Decided to go old school instead of LED and run t5ho.

Bought a bunch of good stuff off of 100gallon a week ago so that's what is in the frag tank at the moment.

Looking very nice.
Hope you have better luck this time around!
I know it can be disheartening when things go wrong after putting in a lot of hard work and money!
Good luck!

Yeah; especially when the dreaded bubble algae gets its teeth in. Was very sad shutting down my 75. Here's to new beginnings though!

Finally got a couple clowns, both onyx and are tank raised. First one died unfortunately as he was beaten up pretty bad. Having better luck with number 3 as he stands his ground with the other onyx. No sign of them pairing yet though.

Also my tyree umbrella has settled in nicely and expanded.

Started replacing my sicce voyager powerheads with the nano versions and I am very happy with the reduced size lol. They push some serious water. Only complaint would be the clicking on startup, but there small size makes up for it.
Here's a picture to see the size difference. Will probably get a third one and remove my last behemoth!
