It's funny you say that... I was just reading about six line wrasses, and cleaner shrimp... apparently they can help tanks avoid ICH.  Not sure if it can help with your current situation, but sounds like they prevent outbreaks... might be two good additions to your tank.

Try some garlic i was told by pill form, i use fresh cruched then boiled, then add the iol to the tank lil bit. it smells for a cpl days but
it supposed to boost feeding urges, and immunities,  keep an eye out for wter chemistry problems, i have none but a lil stink...
the happy fish are the healthy fish.
