Pods Or Pests

While working around my sump, i notice these things swimming/crawling around.

Are they something I should be worried about, or something good,

Perfect, thanks,the one was difficult enough to catch, not sure how I would get them all if it was considered a pest

After Nossarius snails came. Probably nossarius eats their eggs.
