Pregnant Wrasse

Hello fellow fragtankers, I have 2 cleaner wrasse’s and the smaller one has quite the belly.
They are good eaters but possibly pregnant??
Anyone had this before.?
I will try to ad a few pics.

Could be eggs. Wrasses will spawn at dusk. The male and female will swim side by side then suddenly dart up to the surface where they will release sprem and eggs very quickly. It happens very fast, much the same as anthias spawning. Keep an eye on them see if you can’t catch them spawning.

You’ll know if i have wrasses for sale.
My trocus snails reproduced i have dozens of tiny snails.
Aswel my hermit crabs also reproduced.

Lol good luck :) it’s quite the process to raise any marine fishes. You basically need a laboratory. When they spawn it puts strain on your filtration, so change socks or media more often. It won’t happen for ever as the female wrasse will turn into a male no matter what over time. Then they will start fighting. Isn’t nature cool!
