Hi all!

Just wondering if anyone has heard of or used "Reefcrest ecorock"? If you have what was your experience or what have you heard? It seems like a good option considering how hard it is to get live rock these days...

If you are looking for bacterial diversity, seems that fragbox has something, though I’d still QT.
Or Aquaforrest Live source mud. Candy Coral.

Candy coral also has Carib rock if you are after the building rock.

Sometimes, you can still get of Fiji live rock from a tank breakdown and bleach it yourself.

Thanks, that is very helpful. It's been 10 years since my last build and I am trying to figure out where everyone gets their stuff these days before I get the tank wet. I will look in to fragbox for sure.

Candy Coral is the Mercedes.
Aquariumdepot is good for general stuff with free shipping.
AliExpress for pumps and knock of lights.
Captive bred is Candy Coral, but do best in a mature system.
Red Fong Coralreefstore Burlington, is always nice if you come by anyways.
Fragbox is a hit or miss, pending whom you talk to.
SPS from Paintersteve on this forum.
Can’t get Medications in Canada, so QT is a must unless you don’t mind to get burned.
Frozen food is Bobby G on Wharncliffe Rd. They just started with Saltwater.
Humblefish forum is a useful one.
Reef2reef is very commercial.
If I’d start over again, I’d work my tank around my dream captive bred and do a slow build. IMG_6192.jpeg

I have been taking it super slow this time around, I am on my 2nd year collecting supplies and planning, now just waiting for winter (the family stays home for the most part). Thanks for all the suggestions, I will be adding all those places to my notes. I will also start a build thread as I enjoy the outside perspective.
