Threw together a ghetto paint picture of roughly what i'm planning, Wondering if it'll work? suggestions on making it more efficient?
Also wondering pro's and con's for using flex hose vs pvc?

Basic idea display return pump feeding 2 reactors (biopellets, and carbon). 75G display, mag 9.5

I'm doing something similar with mine. Except just the bio pellets are running off the return.
I've always used PVC in the past but for this build I've used 3/4" tubing for the return line to the sea swirl and I just put a 1/2" T in for the reactor. I'm running a mag 18 for the return. I don't see why your drawing wouldn't work. I like the idea of the water chain drain.

This will work just fine... has all the valves in the right places.  Flex vs Hard is a kind of depends ont he situation.  How far, corners, accessiblilty.

I think flex has a little less head pressure losses from the corners and stuff.

Running basically the same on my tank but I "T" off the
line going to the sump. Works great as long as you have shutoffs to
control the flow, it's one less pump to run.
