Whats your guys thought on this .

If I have a canopy over the tank and with no glass lid , just a mesh lid and I have my lights hanging in the canopy is there a much higher chance that salt creep will form due to the lights being closed in ?

If so what can you do to solve/ help this problem ?

I have my lights in a canopy that is sealed with screen, and there is very little salt creep coming of the display. Salt creep happens when you have alot of air bubbles breaking the surface, so sumps are bad for it. There aren't any bubbles in the display so salt creep isn't bad even with 2 rw40 powerheads that produce a decent sized wave in the tank. You will be fine.
