Scoly?

Ok I thought this was a Scoly, but it appears to be growing more mouths and I thought Scoly had a single mouth. Perhaps this is a Bowerbanki Acan?

I bought a “scolly” a couple months a go and now it’s doong the exact same thing with a second head.... I don’t think it actually is a scolly even though it looks like one but I have no idea what it really is
