Shipping - advice

Looks like I may be attempting to ship some frags to Toronto.

Any advice on who to use (canada post???) and how to pack 4 to 5 small frags?  I am just thinking tripple bagged, packed in styrofoam in a smallish box???  And I guess overnight is best.

Overnight is best.  I dont recommend canada post on the first attempt to use them they screwed it up for me.  I have used UPS and fedex.  I use purolator for work and it seems pretty reliable too.  Insulated box is starting to be a must as the weather is getting colder.  Pack corals close to the cut off time for shipping to minimize time in the box.

Was $25 for overnight from Canada post - any idea which other player would be cheaper
