Tank Sides

Hi all,

What would be the chance if the back pane of a tank is not tempered glass (drilled), the sides to be the same?

Need to put a couple of holes on a side ....

don't the guys test for tempered glass with wearing 3 D glasses ? or polarized lenses? I know there is a way to test with glasses. Shows the difference

If the back isn't, typically the sides will not be either.

Yep, I know about the polarized lens check. I will do that prior to drill. Currently the tank is in the basement, connected in the system, and with so many light sources (fluorescent, LED, incandescent etc), I could not trust the test. Needed another opinion before I cut the tank of the system.
