take the 403 to 401 - should be less than 2 hours

There is some truth to this... HOWEVER the really choice pieces are long long gone, and you're picking over the sickly leftovers, or the pieces that were so overpriced that nobody even considered them (and are still a crazy price).

Not looking forward to going as a buyer this year, that could really get painful quick
