I have a few pieces of coral to sell/give away.
Neon green torch with pink or blue tips (depending on the lighting). Frag has at least two heads, possibly three by now (I haven’t been able to count because this thing never closes up).
$45 for the frag
“Weepy” toadstool - 2 pieces. Extremely long tentacles, very nice pink under blue lighting.
Large one, about 4” in diameter - $25.
Small one, about 1” in diameter - FREE.
CRAZY neon green montipora. This was sold to me about 6 years ago as a 1” frag of encrusting monti but when it got happy (I’ve found it likes medium light, around 200 PAR), it went nuts and started growing upwards in towers and columns. I’ve scrutinized my Corals of the World books, but I’m still unsure the specific species - possibly M. aequituberculata, or M. spumosa, or M. digitata (perhaps of a shallow water variety which might be a distinct species, but this is currently in question).
Not M. confusa (wrong surface texture), or M. spongodes (columns shaped differently, polyp depth is different).
I have two frags, neither is on a rock or plug.
Vertical column piece - about 2.5” tall - $20
Flat piece (looks like a few columns starting to sprout) - about 2.5”x3” - FREE
