Triton Quebec

Hi all,

I sent a Triton ICP test kit last month that either Canada Post or Triton lost.
It came with a sticker for an address in Quebec. I sent it via xpresspost and it was marked delivered but Triton says they have not received it yet.
I'm done waiting and I'm contacting Canada Post and Triton. I did not write down the address for the Quebec location on the sticker.
Does anyone have that address?

The address is for Polyplab I believe. I think I have it somewhere.

A few hours till I am home. Basically people mail to Polyplab and once a week Polyplab ships the tests to Germany
