Unsure what these little things are

Hello,
I wish that I could take a picture, but it is very very difficult. I have a bunch of really small white things on my glass. They almost look like tiny white flakes of food that are on the glass. Difference is, I see some of them moving quickly then stopping and starting again. I am not sure how to take a picture of them. My little clowns seem to be picking them off the glass every now and again and eating. I understand that without a picture it is hard to assist me, but I can't think of how to get a clear photo.

Look up coepods and see if that's what it is, or amiphipods.

Like the size of a grain of sand?  I have them too.  Not sure exactly what they are but they have never hurt anything

Yes, exactly like a grain of sand! The clowns pick them off the glass every now and again! I thought they were just trying to tell me the tank is too small or something

Lol nope.  They are too small for me to get an id on them so I never bothered
