What Is This?

Just put some new live rock into my tank and I noticed a strange creature, is anyone able to identify this, is it harmful to the tank? It has a brown outside with a green middle. It has little tiny tentacles as well. Thanks, Colby

looks like a paly to me.. not much different than what you have on your frag plugs.. they have the potential to spread throughout the tank..
