frogspawn...going on 12 years. eggs every 2-3 weeks. Had them for 17.5 years so far. Relocated them to the last tank 13 year ago last week, and to the new tank this april-ish. Can't kill the damn things.

Yep, they were in a house I sold 13+ years ago, and I had to make a deal with the new owner to let me get the new tank set up in the new house, then come get the fish and coral. It was a week after closing and the new owner decided he just wanted to keep the fish at that point. Bit of a rough ride to get these guys back, but man, you don't just up and keep someone's pets, that's weird. So they survived my first tank (which had a crash of sorts), and my last tank, which had a mega crash (I have pics of them in and around the slime algae), and finally to this new tank. I didn't know they lived that long at all, but I guess they're really just damsels, and you can leave a damselfish out on the counter all night and it will be alive in the morning (and angry).
