Will This Work For Refugium Light?

Picked up this 5k 9.5W LED bulb. Output says 8545 lumens. Think this would be a good fit in a small refugium? The pro's would be low heat output, low cost, long life. I plan to use a standard clip light to clip onto the sump.

Look at the 20w 5000k reflector type on that site! It would be perfect.  Unless you put the conventional bulb in a good reflector most of your 800 lumens are going to go somewhere other than into your fuge.  My preference is to use directional spotlight bulbs in an ordinary (cheap) socket or fixture.

Since you have it try for a clip light for a plant or heat lamp that has a reflective surface inside.

I also use a Phillips led spotlight. I have the 13watt 6500k and my chaeto and caularpa grow like mad. I picked mine up at Home Depot for $29.95.
