I took this from another Forum. Glad I not in the South!

Just getting things dialed in, aquarium getting stable, corals growing well. Who would have thought 4 days of rain could bring so much water. Ended up getting 46". Most livestock was saved with the help of local reefers my LFS connected me with. A few sad photos

Time to go, water coming in

Unfortunately in a situation like that I think your tank would be screwed... not much you can do for such a sad event

At least you could just siphon it on to the floor. No explanation to the insurance company... Hope they had a tank rider on their insurance.

I checked with my insurance before I did my tank. Basically all equipment is covered under normal contents of the home, but the livestock is considered a pet, and has a cap of I BELIEVE it was 2k.
