Where Will Be All The Black Friday Deals?

No Idea, what I want but will know when I find it. The hunt is the best part. I used to go out on weekends and just drive to fish stores I had never been to looking around just for something to do. When I had Fresh water, I would see a fish or invert that looked really cool or had a interesting breeding behaviour and then search all over the place to find it. This was the good old days before the internet had everything you could think of for sale on some website.
Lets face it most of us on here are bored out of our minds and are looking for any distraction to fill the day. (Maybe its just me)

With the dollar the way it is now, unless the item is 70% off, not worth the trip. I will be shopping at Canada stores for black Friday, deals aren't as great, but still better then the exchange, gas etc.

Oh wait, no I won't be, wife signed up for one of those 'locked in rates' for hydro a while ago and after listening to constant complaints about hydro bill going up I asked to see it, we are getting charged twice as much for hydro...0.08 fro. The contract and another 0.08 as global adjustment for the company, no wonder our hydro is $400/month. going to cost me a few hundred to get out of that contract.

Yep those contacts are the worst. Never ever sign up for one. They charge you a service fee to give you what hydro gives you direct. But thanks to the Liberal government selling off 61% of Hydro it will double in cost. I guess its best to buy stock when it comes up for sale

i picked up a cheap laptop at canada computers and im thinking about returning it and maybe getting a more expensive one later. 10% restocking fee. But heck I have lost more money on other things. But trying to get away from Apple products.

don't talk about hydro, our rates in Woodstock are some of the highest.... .161000 per kw for on peak, .122000 for mid peak and .08000 for off peak..what gets me is the delivery charge, I don't and have never seen a truck pull up with my hydro..we are now owned by Hydro One...oh ya.... not sure what the new prices will be with the rate increase Nov 1...

I think its more of the dumb mistakes that Hydro One has made too, we need to vote out Kathleen Wynn.. oh oh here we go on politics...

id like to get some bulk active carbon to help keep my tank clean. I guess I would need to find a container of some kind to keep it in so it doesn't go all over the place. maybe a pump to push water thru the carbon so it has better contact with the water. I wonder if they make something that would do all that for me?

May I ask what you expect the additives to do for you? Calcium & Alkalinity to increase heath and growth or corals?

Calcium and alkalinity. Keeping proper parameters. I use B ionic 2 part now and it works good.

I'm currently using the 1 gallon jugs. I got them at Canada corals for around 20 bucks each. Any ideas on how much your pails and jugs will be?
