Bubble Blaster Stopped Making Bubbles!

Bubble blaster 3000 pump has been giving me trouble lately...usually only after a loss of power. It won't restart so I have to pull it out and wiggle the pinwheel with a screwdriver....then works for weeks. Problem is now that the pump is running and the pinwheel/shaft has a stumble and won't produce bubbles. Is the pump shot or do I need to replace the shaft? Is there a quick fix? I tried a vinegar bath but haven't gone as far as removing the shaft.

Time to get a new pump before it craps out completely. Pull out the pump and give it a good look over. look for any cracks or swelling inside the housing where the impeller goes. Closely look at the magnet and look for any cracks or swelling as well. Hopefully it is just the impeller, but you should get on it before it seizes and cracks the motor.
