Can Fish Actually See Colour ?

i have a very small chocolate tang , and he's very friendly to all my fish , but atm he's yellow and my juvi wrasse is yellow and tbh I think he like yellow he always follows my wrasse and I have a purple dart fish hats bigger and a bit more plump that the tang has no interest . coincidence or they can see colour ? Lol

I would assume they can to some degree. They stay away from bright orange and yellow fish as its associated to be poisonous.
