That's kinda how they roll. Open a business, make it successful, and sell it. Rinse and repeat. Hopefully, they made a good buck on it, and can relax a little

I am not surprised. This actually makes a lot of sense. I placed an order the other night, made some notes in the comment box about needing it ASAP so please let me know if it could not get out that next day day as I needed some items before the weekend. Never heard by 2pm so I called. Called, got a massive runaround, and just not the same feel of service. Said ok cancel my order, she said ok and that was it. Immediately after I sent Isabelle an email, and 2 hours later the same girl on the phone is who replied with some yadda yadda story. Will be sad if the new owners drop the ball. I know they did with me.

Isabelle will be sadly missed from me as well however the new owner Sohka is a very nice, knowledgeable lady who has gone the extra mile on some very large group orders for me. I think a little patients is in order as they find their way.

same here... been twice since it sold.. .won't be back
I've been there 3 times since the new owners, they are nice but I'm a believer that 8/10 times if you're face to face with someone they are normally helpful and nicer then over phone and email (which isn't right either way a sale should be treated the same )

Why not avoid the crazy traffic, bad drivers, never ending construction, parades, high crime rates, street closures, subway delays and bike lanes in Toronto and take a peaceful, scenic drive to beautiful Sarnia !

If only your store was closer, rip. Why do people use frag racks? For lighting purposes/growth? Just doesn't look as natural to me. Which Canada Corals location are we talking about?
