fist just want to say hi as i'm new to the form, looking foreward to talking to everone on here. so i live in leamington and have 2 tanks running, a 135 and a 90, i've been using mostly ro water bought from a place in town. due to a knee surgery in october making it hard to carry the jugs of water i used tap water for a while. in the last week i noticed my corals start to close up, started running test found high ammonia. changed some water and it went up. stared asking around and found out leamington adds chloamine to it water, thus the high ammonia. ordered the 5 stage plus chloramine specific from brs today. thats the last time i use tap water, lucky nothing died. just thought i let everyone know in case there not aware.
