So I went to this pet store in belle river and they have a saltwater fish tank (only for show) they have a 4ft skeleton laying in the bottom of their tank. Looked soooooo good.. thoughts about putting this in a saltwater aquarium? Also, when I try and look something like this up online I can not find anything ?!?! Help

If its an old coral skeleton no problem. That is essentially reef rock with lots of surface area for beneficial bacteria.

If your talking about an ornamental skeleton I would be very cautious and try to find out what its made of. Saltwater is corrosive and can leach all kids of toxins and nasties into the water. Even if its made from reef safe material such as acrylic there very good chance the paint will fade and again dissolve into the water column.

It is an actual 'classroom skeleton'. He spent weeks tracking down information on it to be sure the plastic was safe and spent countless hours removing all the pins and wires. It is absolutely amazing to see in person
