Is there anywhere local around Sarnia/London area where I can buy DI Resin Cartridges? Besides online? My TDS meter is now reading 17. So i think thats what I need to change.

I just recently got this RO/DI unit from Kijiji online. How do I know if it is a refillable cartridge ? Just if I can unscrew the cap off?

I'd test your tds right after the ro membrane as well.
17tds is really high. Before or after the di resin.
Your ro membrane should be lowering tds down to the 7-12 tds range before it even hits the di.
It sounds to me that you'll need to replace the ro membrane as well as the di resin.
If you run 17 or higher tds through the di. You'll exhaust the di resin very quickly.
I never let anything higher than 10tds reach my di

Yes, if you can unscrew the cap to empty it, it’s refillable

Not exactly local to you but I do suggest you try aquasafecanada they have a site and also ebay store where you can get some good pricing for your RO/DI needs, the cheapest place I've found over the years.
