Gyre Owners - Need Help With Mine

I noticed today doing tank maintenance my gyre isnt as strong as it was when i got it. i mean there were waves at first on the other side of a 5 ft tank, now there are ripples. i *think* i installed the blades in backwards, but cannot tell which way they should be from the factory. do any of you gyre owners happen to have a photo handy or can get one of the blade direction for me please?

"A" goes on the left with the little shaft pointing left. B is the opposite. Blades face forward.

I had the exact same issue. I totally disassembled it. There is a little notch in the hole of the blade that attaches to the motor. This little notch lines up with the flat part of the shaft in the motor.

Also, the little rubber things that hold the ends of the blades in the removable....

I would think this should only matter if you're running it in one direction, if you're running it in alternating mode with two different blades, A&B, I wouldn't think it would matter?
