Hydor Rotating Water Deflector

Do many of you use a Hydor rotating water deflector?

I am thinking about grabbing one... opinions?  experience?  I'm assuming it will fit on my biocube 14...

cant remember where..but I think ive heard good things about them. If you get corals they will thank you
