Hey all. Where do you guys get your kalkwasser. $20 for a small jar is obscene since its like $3/lb stateside. I saw some dap hydrated lime at rona for $15 for 13lbs. Any advice?

Agricultural grade lime will have more solids like crystalline silica etc. than food grade...however it shouldn't have anything bad the won't settle out. You would need to allow settling time before using and perhaps have to clean out your ATO reservoir a little more often. Even food grade Kalk wil leave residue and precipitate behind that you need to clean out periodically.
