okay, tonight I came home from work and saw a slug kinda thing in the coral tank.
It was about 3/4' to 1" long and grey in colour. It almost looked flat. It was on the glass, when I went to get my camera to take a pic it disappeared, I know I'm not seeing things :)
Does anyone know that this ugly thing is, good, bad ?

update on the UGLY thing; it appears that it has a head and 2 feelers, it looks like it could have a hard shell body, like a snail.. the body shell is a dull pink/flesh colour. it is on the back of the tank eating the algae...do I smash it or leave it alone ?

For sure stomatella. Love them! Don't try and remove them from what they're on or they will release their shell and leave the foot behind.
