Very interesting, and from what I have seen is true with the older hose I have used.

it says is harmful in eu so were all safe.... just like things only cause cancer in california lol dang guess im swapping my return line and reactor lines when i get a chance.

I was just using an old python water change hose for my rear or and such, but when I did my last upgrade I needed more hose from the original length. The unused stuff was so much more pliable then the stuff I had been using on my tank. Yay, for learning something new.

I am at a cross road though, I would be worried about pressure on the silicone ones. Time to get out Google.

I had heard about the flex pipe for awhile, there are enough things that can go wrong with the tank so I opted out for the hard pvc, proven product..

sounds good but, it doesn't say that its drinking water safe (?)..its applications are for in ground sprinklers and farm use..
