keeping live rock live (when stored)

I might be tearing down my 15 gallon nano until I set up my new 90..
What do I need to know as far as keeping my live rock "live" to seed the new tank

I was planning on storing it in a bin.. with water from the tank.. do I need to have any circulation? obviously I would need heat.
What about lighting? any type of water change needed?

heater and powerhead should be good for a while.  keep up your water change schedule though.
