I did not realise that these guys move about. Over the past 4 months He has moved off of the plug that in came on .

I did not know that, too. Interesting! I learn something every day. I though that only anemones can move. What other corals do move by themselves?

Xenia, mushrooms, leathers, it is also how they propagate as they sometimes leave bits behind that will sprout a new coral.
